Reserving Booths on Behalf of Customers
Booths can be temporarily reserved for customers. Reservations can be managed under the Exhibit Record > Reservations tab.

Navigate to the Exhibit Record > Planning tab > Halls menu option.
Note: Staff must initiate booth reservations from the Exhibit Record, not from the Customer Record.

Locate the desired hall.

Booths Imported from a .DWG

Click the Floorplan button.

In the floorplan, click the booth to be reserved. A fly-out menu will appear.

In the fly-out menu, click the yellow Reserve This Booth button. The Booth Reservation window appears.

In the Reserve For quick lookup field, begin typing the organization to reserve the booth and choose from the suggestion list. Once an organization is selected, the Reserved By field will appear.

In the Reserved By field, begin typing the name of an individual related to the organization reserving the booth.

Choose the Reservation Duration.

Click Submit.

Manually Created Booths

Click the Edit button.

On the Edit Hall page, scroll down to the Booths table.

Locate the desired booth and click Reserve. The Booth Reservation window appears.

In the Reserve For quick lookup field, begin typing the organization to reserve the booth and choose from the suggestion list. Once an organization is selected, the Reserved By field will appear.

In the Reserved By field, begin typing the name of the individual related to the organization reserving the booth.

Choose the Reservation Duration.

Click Submit.
